St. Augustine keeps us busy with two very different jobs: period-correct gas lanterns and fireplaces for older homes near downtown, and full new-construction piping for the neighborhoods growing along CR-210 and World Golf Village. We also pipe restaurant kitchens on and around St. George Street, where a clean manifold and correct drops make the health and fire inspections painless.
Older homes often need a new line from the meter and careful routing through existing walls; we do that without tearing up more than necessary. Every job is permitted through St. Johns County or the City of St. Augustine and pressure-tested before use.
