A commercial kitchen may have a dozen gas appliances under one hood, each with its own drop, valve and quick-disconnect. We design and install the manifold and drops for the equipment layout, size the trunk for the total connected load, and install the emergency shut-off the fire code requires. Coin laundries get the same approach with a row of dryer drops.
We coordinate with your general contractor, hood installer and equipment supplier so the gas is ready for start-up and inspection. Build-outs, equipment changes and additions to existing systems.
